Criteo is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Services Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As an Office Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Workplace Manager to oversee workplace operations, including managing vendors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Assist with organization of events, both internal and external, and coordinate logistics details
- Manage last-minute changes and ensure smooth execution of events
- Maintain accurate floor plans and allocate desk space to teams
- Be the point of contact for employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support

About You:- Proactive and positive attitude, with attention to detail and dedication to customer service

We offer a competitive salary range of 30,000-40,000 EUR per year, based on experience and qualifications. This position requires full-time physical presence at the office.
