About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team at Vanderlande Industries. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of spare parts inventory and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Oversee the preparation of spare parts offers, follow up on delivery of spare parts orders to customers, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  2. Procurement: Prepare spare parts package quotations based on criticality, manage procurement for consignments, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  3. Administrative Management: Utilize the JDEdwards system for administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and inventory updates.
Requirements
  1. Technical/Commercial Studies: A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or a related technical discipline.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
