Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for preparing spare parts offers, following up on delivery of spare parts orders to customers, and preparing spare parts package quotations based on criticality. You will also be responsible for inventory management and procurement for our consignments, as well as administrative management with our JDEdwards system.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare spare parts offers and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on delivery of spare parts orders to customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and procure spare parts as needed to meet customer demands.
- Administer our JDEdwards system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of spare parts and consignments.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of spare parts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical or commercial studies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).
- Affinity with a technical environment and ability to maintain fluid contact with our clients.
