Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for preparing spare parts offers, following up on delivery of spare parts orders, and building relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including procurement and stock control.
- Spare Parts Coordination: Prepare and send spare parts offers to customers, and follow up on delivery of spare parts orders.
- Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.
- Administrative Management: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting, using the JDEdwards system.
- Technical/Commercial Studies: A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).
- Technical Environment: Ability to work in a technical environment and maintain a fluid contact with clients.
- Full-time Position: A full-time position in an informal working environment with opportunities for personal development.
