Spare Parts Coordinator

Job Title: Spare Parts CoordinatorThis role is responsible for coordinating the preparation, delivery, and management of spare parts for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of Spare Parts Offers: Develop and present customized spare parts offers to clients, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Delivery of Spare Parts Orders: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts orders to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Spare Parts Package Quotations: Prepare and present quotations for spare parts packages, considering factors such as criticality and priority.
- Inventory Management & Procurement: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement of spare parts as needed.
- Administrative Management: Utilize the JDEdwards system to manage administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
- Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, both internal and external, to ensure seamless delivery of spare parts.
- Technical/Commercial Studies: Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Environment: Ability to work effectively in a technical environment, with a strong affinity for logistics and supply chain management.
