Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for preparing spare parts offers, following up on delivery of spare parts orders, and building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage spare parts offers, including inventory management and procurement for our consignments.
- Follow up on delivery of spare parts orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, both internal and external, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Administer inventory management and procurement processes using the JDEdwards system.
Requirements
- Technical or commercial studies, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).
- Affinity with a technical environment and ability to maintain a fluid contact with our clients.
