Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager Poultry to join our Sales team based in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating a sustainable business growth in the associated territory/customers by acting as a point of contact for customers requiring information and guidance about Phibro's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead demand generation activities in the assigned territory associated to your role.
- Provide support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products in the assigned territory.
- Provide technical support for customers, key influencers, and end users ensuring proper use of products.
- Support local distributors for demand creation, technical service, training, and sales support as required to drive the sale of products.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to appropriate Species Business Manager.
- Attend customer events and connect with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.
- Strengthen relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviors.
- Inform customers about Phibro's pricing policy and other relevant business information.
- Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Comply with Phibro's policies and lead with a high level of integrity.
- Must have a Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional, or other relevant animal science degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and established poultry network.
- Commercial acumen with technical orientation (poultry field technical experience preferred).
- Ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities.
- Teamwork mindset to connect with European and global colleagues.
- Conversational English level.
