We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Poultry Account Manager to join our team at Phibro Animal Health Corporation. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers in the poultry industry.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Lead demand generation activities in the assigned territory, providing support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support for customers, key influencers, and end users, ensuring proper use of products.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with customers by following strategic account management principles and behaviors.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area, providing guidance to the Species Business Manager.
- Travel: Frequent travel required within assigned territory and occasional international travel up to max 25%.
- Education: Must have a Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional or other relevant animal science degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and established poultry network.
- Skills: Commercial acumen with technical orientation, ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities, teamwork mindset, and conversational English level.
