About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Pipeline and Identify New Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with potential customers, building relationships and establishing trust to drive sales growth.
  2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging market insights and customer needs to drive sales success.
  3. Qualify and Nurture Leads: Utilize sales skills and knowledge to qualify and nurture leads, ensuring that they are properly aligned with our sales process and ultimately converted into sales opportunities.
  4. Meet Daily Activity KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed daily activity KPIs, including call volume, email outreach, and social selling activities.
Requirements
  • Articulate and Ambitious: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of success in building pipeline and driving sales growth.
  • Fluent German and English Speaker: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in both languages.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Listening Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and listening skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
