About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a crucial role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and pass them on to our field sales colleagues. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy learning, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to have you on board.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs.
About You

We're looking for someone who is curious, enjoys working on meaningful projects, and is energized by lifelong learning. You should be articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven.

Requirements include 1-2 years of relevant sales/business development experience, fluency in German and English, and additional languages are beneficial.
