About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to the growth of our sales team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English speaker with strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting with a strong focus on learning and development.
  • Articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
