Sales Development Representative for Human Experience Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
- Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
- Meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to the growth of our sales team.
- 1-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Fluent German and English speaker, with additional languages beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt quickly to new situations.
