Sales Development Executive for Human Experience Management

We're looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As the glue between sales and marketing, you'll help us develop inbound and outbound leads and qualify them for our field sales colleagues.

Your primary responsibility will be to build pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives. You'll identify target accounts, profile and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.

Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects is key to your success. You'll meet daily activity KPIs and work well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

We're looking for someone who is articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven. You'll have 1-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience and be fluent in German and English. Additional languages are beneficial.
