Sales Development Executive for Human Experience Management

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP SuccessFactors. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
Meet daily activity KPIs and work closely with our field sales colleagues to qualify leads and pass them across.

What You'll Need:

1-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
Ability to work well in a team setting and adapt quickly to new situations.
