Sales Development Executive for Human Experience Management

We're looking for a talented Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales team with SuccessFactors as part of our Human Experience Management (HXM) field.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and pass them on to our field sales colleagues. If you have a passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and a desire to start a career in sales, we'd love to have you join our team.
As a Sales Development Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
- Identifying target accounts, profiling, and engaging key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels
- Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
- Meeting daily activity KPIs
We're looking for someone who is articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven. You'll need 1-2 years of relevant sales/business development experience, fluency in German and English, and strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
