Sales Development Executive for Human Experience Management

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team at SAP. As the glue between sales and marketing, you will play a crucial role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years relevant sales/business development experience.
  • Fluent German and English speaker. Additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
