Sales Development Executive Opportunity:

SAP SuccessFactors is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our field sales organization, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our Human Experience Management (HXM) field. You will develop inbound and outbound leads, help qualify them, and pass them across to our field sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
  • Identifying target accounts, profiling, and engaging key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels
  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
  • Meeting daily activity KPIs

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, enjoys working on meaningful projects, and is energized by lifelong learning. Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages beneficial. Strong problem-solving and listening skills are essential to identify and prioritize customer needs.
