Job Title: Business Development Representative - D&M Solutions Champion

Job Overview: Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona. As a BDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve pipeline growth and revenue generation by prospecting and qualifying leads for Autodesk's D&M Solutions within the DACH and Benelux Region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve pipeline generation targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase the BDR team's performance.
  3. Coach, mentor, and motivate BDRs to enhance their skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, and accomplishing outbound sales activities.
  4. Collaborate with sales leadership to align BDR activities with sales goals.
  5. Analyze performance metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Challenge the current process and implement best practices to improve lead management and enhance lead conversion rates.
  7. Stay updated on D&M industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to the team.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role. You should have a proven track record of success in a team environment of BDRs or similar sales roles in a B2B technology company. Additionally, you will need strong communication and coaching skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a leadership role, excellent team player, and experience with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales-related platforms.
