Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at 4050 Development LLC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating a maximum of outbound qualified opportunities for our Sales team by contacting, listening to, and influencing prospects with solution-based selling.
Your Mission:- Educate potential customers about the benefits of our platform through cold calling in your assigned territory.
- Leverage our pitch to persuade potential customers and generate interest in a live demo of our solution.
- Quickly build trust and engagement with your prospects by actively listening to their individual cases.
- Manage leads efficiently and effectively, guaranteeing a consistent volume of revenue opportunities month after month.
- Guarantee the highest quality of information of prospective clients in our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and strong forecasting capabilities.
- Work tightly together with the sales team to build and deliver an efficient and performing acquisition strategy for your assigned area.
We are looking for a candidate with 6+ months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. You should be a Portuguese native speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile. You should have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
You should have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. You should over-perform when challenged and want to exceed goals with your team. You should have a healthy competitive nature and always strive to be the best but never at the expense of others.
You should be tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and understand current technology trends. Experience in business development for online travel, hospitech, and/or SaaS is a big plus.
