About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads, utilizing your skills in prospecting, qualifying, and presenting our solutions to potential clients.
  2. Lead Qualification: Assess the viability of leads and prioritize them based on their potential for conversion.
  3. CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in German and advanced English skills.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong IT knowledge, preferably in storage environments.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Proficiency in telemarketing and sales techniques.
  4. Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales and business development is preferred.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent self-organization and time-management abilities, strong social skills, and a team player attitude.
What We Offer
  1. Full-time Contract: A full-time and long-term contract opportunity.
  2. Flexible Schedule: A 39-hour workweek, Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:00) schedule, with Fridays as work-from-home days.
  3. Competitive Compensation: A salary of €22,000 gross per year, plus up to €4,000 gross per year in bonuses.
