Nurture Partner Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our team at Acronis, a world leader in cyber protection. As a key member of our Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving consumption, engagement, and preventing churn of our Acronis Service Providers across the NEUR region.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Engagement: Drive partner's engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle, ensuring they are fully utilizing our services and achieving their goals.
- Service Provider Management: Ensure assigned Service Providers are engaged with Acronis, including:
- Backing up customer or their own data.
- Consuming services on or above their monthly commitment.
- Protecting workloads, adding new ones.
- Passing certifications.
- Logging into the Management Console, Partner Portal, Academy.
- Communication and Collaboration: Run, prepare, and actively participate in calls, Zoom sessions, email communication, and surveys to connect with Acronis Service Providers and guide them through all needed training sessions, resources, and tools.
- Churn Prevention: Avoid churn and retain Service Providers through maximum effort, maintaining regular contact with every partner depending on priority.
- Research and Preparation: Research before reaching out to a Service Provider and prepare questions based on it, using the company's website, LinkedIn profile, and any other public information about the company or contact.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Co-operate with all related departments at Acronis such as Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security. They will embody all of our company values: responsive, alert, detail-oriented, makes decisions, and never gives up.
