We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Protection Expert to join our Channel Management organization as a Nurture Partner Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving consumption, engagement, and preventing churn of the Acronis Service Providers across the NEUR region.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Engagement: Drive partner's engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
- Service Provider Management: Ensure assigned Service Providers are engaged with Acronis, which includes:
- Backing up Customer's or their own data
- Consuming services on or above their monthly commitment
- Protecting workloads, adding new ones
- Passing certifications
- Logging into the Management Console, Partner Portal, Academy
- Communication and Collaboration: Run, prepare and actively participate in calls, zoom sessions, email communication, and surveys.
- Training and Support: Guide Service Providers through training sessions, resources, and tools.
- Churn Prevention: Avoid churn and retain Service Providers.
- Regular Contact: Maintain regular contact with every partner depending on priority.
- Research and Preparation: Research before reaching out to a Service Provider and prepare questions based on it.
- Additional Contacts: If needed, find additional contacts of a Service Provider via LinkedIn, Salesforce database, and connections.
- Collaboration with Departments: Co-operate with all related departments at Acronis such as Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management, etc.
- Documentation and Demo Sessions: Document all activities in Salesforce and conduct demo sessions via Zoom with camera on.
- Brand Messaging and Differentiators: Understand Acronis brand messages and communicate them effectively to prospects. Understand Acronis' key competitors and effectively communicate differentiators of our products/solutions.
- Coaching and Training: Receive coaching feedback and participate in individual coaching sessions. Pass obligatory quarterly upskill training sessions.
- Industry Experience: Equivalent industry experience (preferably cybersecurity)
- Channel Sales Experience: Channel sales/Partner account manager/Channel development position within a software vendor, with a minimum of 3+ years sales and marketing experience in the software industry
- Cloud Market Business Model: In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model
- Communication and Planning Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Self-Motivation and Discipline: Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player: Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a global environment
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies
- Persistence and Closing Skills: Highly persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales skills
- Presentational and Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentational, communication, interpersonal, planning, and time management skills
- Passion and Commitment: Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up
