Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving consumption, engagement, and preventing churn of the Acronis Service Providers across the NEUR region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive partner's engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Make sure assigned Service Providers are engaged with Acronis, which includes backing up customer's or their own data, consuming services on or above their monthly commitment, protecting workloads, adding new ones, and passing certifications.
  • Connect with Acronis Service Providers using approved tools, including Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, and Gainsight.
  • Guide Service Providers through all needed training sessions, resources, and tools.
  • Promote Acronis Automation tooling to increase their operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a regularity and frequency of contact with every partner depending on priority.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global team and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
