Strategic Business Partner for Regional Success

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned PES Operations Business Partner to join our Regional Strategy & Operations team. As a critical business partner to the Regional CPO, you will oversee End-To-End Partner Ecosystem Success unit, driving Rhythm of Business, Go-To-Market, Partner Performance, Demand Management, Insights, and Partner Adoption/Renewal metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rhythm of Business Management: Manage overall rhythm of business (Cadences – FC/DM/CVJ, agenda, templates, data/insights)
- Go-To-Market Initiatives: Support all GTM related initiatives, including Partner Driven Territory (processes, reporting) and Partner performance evaluation
- Demand Management: Manage demand management processes, including PSO tracking, Partner business planning status, and Partner lead routing process
- Insights and Reporting: Develop and deploy insights/reporting relating to partner-led projects adoption status/risks, partner readiness index (competency and capacity), and ACV Forecast insights (Indirect)
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing complex businesses and functions with multiple work streams and project teams spanning across the globe
- Transformation Expertise: Ability to translate transformations and strategy into execution & measurable business success
- Business Performance: Experience in driving results through a multi-faceted landscape and delivering pipeline growth
- Accountability and Cross-Cultural Experience: Ability to collaborate across cultures and manage multi-country teams
