Job Title: Local HR Business Partner - Spain

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic partner to local managers, guiding them on HR matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Regional HRBP to govern HR-related topics, ensuring consistency and compliance with employment laws and HR best practices in Spain.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring exceptional employee experiences and applying deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Spain.
• Act as a coach to managers, empowering them to foster growth, development, and performance within their teams.
• Drive initiatives promoting a culture of dialogue, feedback, and collaboration within the organization.
• Oversee employee wellbeing, advocating for a healthy, inclusive, and dynamic workplace environment.
• Lead conflict resolution and employee relations, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Play a pivotal role in payroll supervision and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Travel between Madrid and Vitoria offices as needed to ensure a strong HR presence and employee engagement.
• Drive continuous process improvement in HR operations, leveraging tools like JIRA and SAP to resolve operational demands efficiently.
• Present engaging monthly HR business updates to employees locally, fostering transparency and alignment with company objectives.

About You:
We seek a proactive HR professional with a strategic mindset, a passion for employee development, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
