About the Role

We are looking for a Nurture Partner Success Manager who is ready to join us in creating a #CyberFit future and protecting the digital world. As a key member of our Channel Management organization, you will work closely with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive partner engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Ensure assigned service providers are engaged with Acronis, including backing up customer data, consuming services, and protecting workloads.
  • Connect with service providers using approved tools and guide them through training sessions and resources.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners and document all activities in Salesforce.
  • Understand Acronis brand messages and communicate them effectively to prospects.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in account management and a passion for data protection and cyber security. You will thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment and embody all of our company values: responsive, alert, detail-oriented, makes decisions, and never gives up.
