Job Title: Partner Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Success Manager to join our team at Companial Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our partners and helping them exceed their customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and consult partners on how to leverage Companial's technical services to grow their business and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of projects with our partners, driving opportunities to successful conclusions.
  • Work closely with marketing to define go-to-market campaigns and build pipeline.
  • Provide 1st level commercial support to partners utilizing Companial's technical services.
  • Manage and support selected Companial partners, based on partner's Service Level and future potential to Companial.
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry and Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken English.
  • Knowledge of cloud software solutions, including Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV, Finance and Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Dataverse, and PowerApps.
  • Experience in consulting and/or implementing Dynamics projects.
  • A commercial drive and service-oriented attitude, with a pro-active and customer-centric approach.
