We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Partner Manager to join our team at Companial Group. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing our partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the Spanish market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and a proven track record of success in partner management, sales, and business development. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and recruiting new partners for the Companial Ecosystem, and developing business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the Spanish market.
  • Managing financial and economic parameters to ensure the success of our partners and the growth of our business.
  • Providing coaching and support to our partners to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in the market.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in partner management, sales, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and the Spanish market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and success.
  • Fluency in Spanish and excellent English language skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
