**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Success Manager to join our team at Companial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advising and consulting our partners, ISVs, and System Integrators on how to leverage our technical services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Help partners manage current capability and capacity challenges within the Dynamics ecosystem through our technical services.
  • Build sales pipeline for technical services and achieve annual services targets.
  • Evangelize Companial Services benefits to partners via various communication channels.
  • Work closely with marketing to define go-to-market campaigns and build pipeline.
  • Nurture project pipeline for technical services with partners and Technical Services HQ.
  • Closely manage and support selected Companial partners based on partner's Service Level and future potential to Companial.
  • Consult partners on how to grow their business and adapt to new market requirements and opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • A commercial drive and service-oriented attitude.
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (English is the daily working language).
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and the small and medium-sized business sector.
  • Experience and knowledge of cloud software solutions; Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV, Finance and Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing as well as Dataverse and PowerApps.
  • Experience in consulting and/or implementing Dynamics projects.
  • Ambitious and customer-centric attitude.
