Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success group, you will be responsible for driving growth and satisfaction among our named accounts, working closely with Sales Executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external account communications
  • Lead formal groups within Customer Success as a first-level manager
  • Support Customer Success leadership with process and operational improvements
  • Partner with Customer Solutions and Sales to deliver and manage partner programs
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, including Engineering and Product
  • Define business requirements and communicate with other groups within CMT
  • Risk mitigation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for the sustainment and growth of partner programs
  • Responsible for partnering with Sales to increase partner engagement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification
  • 8+ years of applicable experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role preferred
  • Proven track record of driving several sophisticated programs
  • Demonstrated success working across teams with the ability to synthesize competing priorities
  • Tight-knit collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management skills
