About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Partner Success Manager to join our Inside Sales Channel Management organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increasing adoption of new services, retaining partners, and creating a best-in-class partner experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Cloud Revenue Growth: Work with assigned partners to drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth.
  2. Develop Partner Strategies: Conduct territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  3. Account Planning and Management: Perform account planning with all managed partners, providing a high level of detail depending on partner engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  4. Training and Enablement: Train new and existing partners on existing and new products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
  5. Partner Onboarding and Support: Guide partners through the onboarding and enablement stage, equipping them with all needed knowledge, resources, and tools.
  6. Partner Adoption and Retention: Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and help retain existing customers.
  7. Partner Satisfaction and Support: Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  8. Upsell and Cross-Sell Initiatives: Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate.
  9. Internal Resource Engagement: Engage and orchestrate all needed internal resources to help dedicated partners' growth.
  10. Partner Profiling and Management: Profile every managed partner on vendors and tools they sell/use, putting all information into Partner Passport.
  11. Partner Lifecycle Management: Know partner's lifecycle management and lead a partner along it through a set of regular activities focused on educating and evangelizing.
  12. Regular Partner Contact: Maintain regular contact with every partner depending on priority.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 Years of Sales and Marketing Experience: In the MSP channel software industry on similar positions such as channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
  2. Proven Experience in Cyber Security: Demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
  3. Experience in Selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Software Services.
  4. Channel and Field Sales Knowledge: With an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  5. Strong Presentational, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills: With the ability to clearly articulate the product's different features and answer all customer questions.
  6. Self-Motivated and Disciplined: With a high level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  7. Team Player with a Positive Attitude: Thriving in a global environment, eager to do more and help out.
  8. Comfortable with Ambiguity: Willing to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
  9. Highly Persistent in Follow-Up Conversations: Negotiations, and closing sales skills.
  10. Fluent in English and German.
  11. Passion and Commitment to Succeed: Working hard and never giving up.
