Cloud Partner Account Manager

Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection by providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are seeking a skilled Cloud Partner Account Manager to join our mission in creating a #CyberFit future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners.
  • Perform territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans with managed partners, leveraging their strengths and addressing their challenges.
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle, driving partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth, maintaining a regular frequency of contact with each partner.
  • Profile managed partners on vendors and tools they sell/use, ensuring accurate information in the Partner Passport.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, with a focus on channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cloud market business model, with a strong understanding of channel and field sales.
  • Excellent presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and address customer questions.
