Cloud Partner Account Manager

Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection by providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are seeking a Cloud Partner Account Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth working through assigned partners.
  • Perform account planning with all managed partners, analyzing their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products, equipping them with the necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, ensuring they adopt Acronis Automation and Security tooling to increase operational efficiency.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing customers.
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth, profiling each managed partner on vendors and tools they sell/use.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry, with experience in equivalent roles such as channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
  • Proven experience in a Cyber Security company, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
  • Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services.
  • Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and answer customer questions.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent German and English, with a passion for data protection and cyber security.
