Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Partner Success Manager to join our team at Companial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advising and consulting our partners, ISVs, and System Integrators on how to leverage our technical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Services Enablement: Help our partners manage their current capability and capacity challenges within the Dynamics ecosystem through our technical services.
  2. Sales Pipeline Development: Build a sales pipeline for technical services and achieve annual services targets.
  3. Service Evangelism: Evangelize the benefits of our services to our partners via various communication channels, including roundtables and webcasts.
  4. Go-to-Market Campaigns: Work closely with our marketing team to define go-to-market campaigns that build pipeline.
  5. Project Pipeline Nurturing: Nurture project pipeline for technical services with our partners and Technical Services HQ.
  6. Contract Closure: Close contracts with partners for technical services.
  7. Commercial Support: Provide 1st level commercial support to partners that utilize our technical services.
  8. Partner Management: Manage and support selected Companial partners, based on partner's Service Level and future potential to Companial.
  9. Business Growth Consulting: Consult partners on how to grow their business and adapt to new market requirements and opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Commercial Drive and Service Orientation: A commercial drive and service-oriented attitude.
  2. Relevant Work Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with English as the daily working language.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the IT industry and the small and medium-sized business sector, as well as of the Microsoft ecosystem and its channels.
  5. Cloud Software Solutions: Experience and knowledge of cloud software solutions, including Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV, Finance and Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Dataverse, and PowerApps.
  6. Consulting and Implementation Experience: Experience in consulting and/or implementing Dynamics projects.
  7. Quality Focus: A focus on quality in your work, being complete, accurate, and punctual.
  8. Self-Starter and Team Player: A self-starter and team player, with a pro-active and customer-centric attitude.
  9. Microsoft Business Applications Experience: Experience in Microsoft Business Applications is required.
