Campervan Cleaning and Service Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional service for our operations. As a member of our Support and Cleaning Team, your primary responsibility will be to uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction while ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained in pristine condition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly clean both the interiors and exteriors of vehicles in accordance with company guidelines and customer specifications;
- Prepare and equip campervans prior to each rental;
- Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records regarding the condition of each vehicle;
- Safely maneuver and park vans, as well as assist clients with airport pickups;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment, accessories, and supplies at the depot;
- Facilitate the delivery and collection of vehicles for repairs and maintenance, or transport vehicles to designated locations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Possession of a valid driver's license with the capability to operate a van;
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing;
- Previous experience in vehicle preparation for rental or dealership services is advantageous;
- Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and inspections;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Availability for part-time shifts, with a flexible schedule from late morning to early afternoon.
