Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to join our team in a leading software company. As a Licensing Associate, you will work closely with the Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure timely renewal agreements, identify licensing opportunities, and provide the best licensing solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Renewal Specialist to understand customer licensing positions by reviewing existing licensing portfolios.
- Develop renewal plans aligned with the company's cloud or licensing program strategy and provide the best licensing solutions for customers.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Create and provide quality checks for required licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Work with company-approved tools to secure necessary deal approvals.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish and fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience, including negotiations in licensing contracts and experience working with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, and Biz apps.
- Established trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
