Software Licensing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to join our team at Job Squad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing customer renewal agreements, identifying licensing opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Work with our Renewal Specialist to understand customer licensing positions and develop renewal plans aligned with our cloud and licensing program strategy.
- Act as the point of contact for commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Create and provide quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Collaborate with our team to secure deal approvals using company-approved tools.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish, with fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern Work, and Biz Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer handling skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
