Job SummaryWe're looking for a highly skilled Licensing Associate to work with our Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure timely renewal agreements and identify licensing opportunities. As a Licensing Associate, you'll work with customers to understand their licensing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Renewal Specialist to review customer licensing portfolios and develop renewal plans aligned with our cloud or licensing program strategy.
- Act as the point of contact for Commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Create and provide quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Work with approved tools to secure deal approvals.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish and fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience with negotiation skills in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, and Biz apps.
- Established relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented approach.
