French Licensing Associate in a Leading Software Company

We are seeking a highly skilled French speaking Licensing Associate to join our team at Job Squad. As a Licensing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' renewal agreements are on time and that we identify licensing, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to their needs.
Your Responsibilities- Work with the Renewal Specialist to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio.
- Assist in developing a renewal plan aligned to our cloud or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated by the company.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.
- Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packages.
- Working with our company-approved tools, help secure all necessary deal approvals.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience, working with and understanding negotiations in licensing contracts. You should be fluent in French and English (B2) and have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools are also essential.
