Belgian Licensing Associate in a Leading Software Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to join our team at Job Squad. As a Licensing Associate, you will play a crucial role in securing customer renewal agreements and identifying licensing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Renewal Specialist to understand customer licensing positions and develop renewal plans aligned with the company's cloud or licensing program strategy.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Create and provide quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Work with company-approved tools to secure necessary deal approvals.
- Native-level proficiency in French, German, and/or Dutch, and fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern Work, and Biz Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
