Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to work with our Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure timely renewal agreements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. As a Licensing Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing customer licensing portfolios, developing renewal plans, and providing high-quality licensing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Renewal Specialist to understand customer licensing positions and develop renewal plans aligned with our cloud or licensing program strategy.
- Assist in creating and providing quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Work with company-approved tools to secure deal approvals.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish, with fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern Work, and Biz Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
