Dutch/Flemish Licensing Associate In Leading Software Solutions

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Licensing Associate, you will play a crucial role in securing customer renewal agreements, identifying licensing opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Renewal Specialist to understand customer licensing positions and develop renewal plans aligned with our cloud and licensing program strategy.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Create and provide quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Utilize company-approved tools to secure deal approvals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish, with fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern Work, and Biz Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern sales techniques, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
