Dutch/Flemish Licensing Associate In Leading Software Company

The Job:
As a Licensing Associate, you will work closely with our Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure timely renewal agreements with our customers. Your primary goal will be to identify licensing, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to the customers' needs. Your daily tasks will include:
- Collaborating with the Renewal Specialist to review customers' existing licensing portfolios and develop a renewal plan aligned with our company's cloud or licensing program strategy.
- Providing the best licensing solution for the customer, as indicated by our company, and acting as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.
- Creating and providing quality checks for any required licensing documentation, such as agreement packages, and working with our approved tools to secure all necessary deal approvals.
Your Qualifications:
You must speak and write Dutch and/or Flemish at a native level and be fluent in English (B2). A minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience, including working with and understanding negotiations in licensing contracts, is required. Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps is also necessary. You should have established trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and possess good computer handling skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools are essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach, are also required.
