French Licensing Associate in Leading Software Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to join our team at IN-RGY Group. As a Licensing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' renewal agreements are on time and that we identify and capitalize on licensing, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Renewal Specialist to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio.
- Assist in developing a renewal plan aligned to the company's cloud or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated by the company.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.
- Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packages.
- Work with the company-approved tools to help secure all necessary deal approvals.
- You speak and write French at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience; working with and understanding negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps.
- Experienced in establishing trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
