About the RoleAs a Licensing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth renewal of customer agreements, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and providing top-notch licensing solutions. Your daily tasks will include:
- Collaborating with the Renewal Specialist to understand customer licensing positions and develop renewal plans aligned with our cloud or licensing program strategy.
- Assisting in creating and providing quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Working with our approved tools to secure deal approvals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and/or Flemish, with fluency in English (B2).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, and Biz apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
