As a French Licensing Associate, you will be responsible for working with our Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure that customers' renewal agreements are on time. You will identify licensing, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to the customers' needs.
Your daily work will include tasks such as reviewing customers' existing licensing portfolios, developing renewal plans, and providing quality checks for licensing documentation. You will also work with our company-approved tools to secure deal approvals.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience, fluent in French and English, and a good understanding of computer handling skills. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a service-oriented approach.
