Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled French Licensing Associate to join our team. As a Licensing Associate, you will work closely with the Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure timely renewal agreements and identify licensing opportunities aligned with customer needs.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Reviewing customer licensing portfolios with the Renewal Specialist
- Developing renewal plans aligned with the company's cloud or licensing program strategy
- Providing quality checks for licensing documentation
- Securing deal approvals using company-approved tools
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Native-level French and fluent English (B2)
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience
- Experience working with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, and Biz apps
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques
