Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Associate to join our team in Belgium. As a Licensing Associate, you will work closely with our Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to ensure timely renewal agreements with our customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying licensing, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned with our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Renewal Specialist to understand the customer's licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio.
- Develop a renewal plan aligned with our cloud or licensing program strategy and provide the best licensing solution for the customer.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.
- Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Utilize company-approved tools to secure all necessary deal approvals.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in French, German, and/or Dutch, with fluency in English (B2).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, and Biz apps.
- Established trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
