Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Belgian Licensing Associate to join our team in a leading software company. As a Licensing Associate, you will play a crucial role in securing customer renewal agreements, identifying licensing opportunities, and providing top-notch licensing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Renewal Specialist to understand customer licensing positions and develop renewal plans aligned with the company's cloud or licensing program strategy.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by end customers.
- Create and provide quality checks for licensing documentation, such as agreement packages.
- Work with approved tools to secure deal approvals.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in French, German, and/or Dutch, with excellent English language skills (B2).
- Minimum 2-3 years of licensing experience, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts.
- Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps.
- Established trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
