Software Licensing Associate

About the Job:
As a Licensing Associate at Job Squad, you will play a crucial role in securing customer renewal agreements and identifying licensing opportunities. You will work closely with the Renewal Specialist and Senior Account Manager to develop a renewal plan aligned with the company's cloud or licensing program strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer licensing portfolios to understand their existing licensing position.
- Develop a renewal plan and provide the best licensing solution for the customer.
- Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer.
- Create and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation.
- Work with company-approved tools to secure all necessary deal approvals.
Your Qualifications:
You should have a native level of Dutch and/or Flemish and be fluent in English (B2). A minimum of 2-3 years of licensing experience is required, with a strong understanding of negotiations in licensing contracts. You should also have experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, and Biz apps.
